In the past sprint, we successfully addressed all audit feedback fixes for Stratos Chain and finished the first phase of bridge security auditing. 

We have resolved all reported issues from the audit team and are now waiting for the final reports for both Stratos Chain and Stratos Decentralized Storage. Meanwhile, the audit team has concluded the first round of audits for our bridge solution. Moreover, we have also fixed 6 out 7 issues that were identified. 

Stratos Chain EVM has introduced a new feature to enable support for SDS Prepay from Solidity Smart Contracts. This feature allows developers to utilize Smart Contract for Prepay transactions and acquire Ozone on SDS. Consequently, any dAPP developed on Stratos Chain EVM can directly use SDS. With some extension on Stratos Bridge, this feature can be further expanded to facilitate cross-blockchain prepay. As a result, dAPPs developed on any blockchain connected through Stratos Bridge can seamlessly utilize SDS without concerns about the complexities of paying for network traffic.

After careful consideration, we have made the decision that Resource Node and Metanode will NOT receive staking rewards; the staking rewards will exclusively be distributed among validator staking and delegation. This resolution stems from our thorough analysis, which revealed and proved that it is unfeasible to implement an efficient system capable of distributing rewards in a timely manner given an unlimited Resource Node count. As the scalability of the Stratos Network stands as a paramount feature, the registration tokens for Resource Nodes and Metanodes will now serve as deposits rather than staking tokens. This adjustment will slightly increase the staking rewards for validators and delegators on Stratos Chain, while Resource Nodes will be minimally affected, with a projected impact of only 2% on their total rewards based on Tropos testnet results.For a more comprehensive understanding of the changes introduced, please refer to our token economy paper .

The Metanode Relayer has been improved so that Metanode needs less resources to handle the relayed message from Stratos Chain. 

As part of our prioritization efforts, we have temporarily omitted the inclusion of the Stratos Wallet Cloud Drive Application and Stratos Wallet Video Player Application in this report. These will be the primary focus subsequent to the mainnet launch.
